AERIALITE & GREEN ROOM BOARD COMPANY FORM PARTNERSHIP TO PRODUCE AERIALITE SURFING SYSTEM

BGF Industries/Aerialite and Green Room Board Company are pleased to announce
the release of a new epoxy surfboard lamination system. The two companies
have worked together to develop a lamination system which utilizes Green
Room's unique epoxy resin and a new Aerialite fiberglass cloth finish.
This resin/cloth combination has been developed to create maximum strength,
minimum weight and minimum discoloration in surfboards. Green Room's resin
engineer Dr. Rob Whitehead, who has been refining the resin formula over
the past two years, is now producing a resin that will chemically bond
to the exclusive formula of Aerialite's cloth finish. The "chemical bonding"
between the cloth and resin is key in creating an ultra-strong, ultra-light
finished product. All of Green Room Board Company's EPS surfboards are
glassed with this epoxy lamination system creating a state-of-the-art,
environmentally conscientious design. The boards are proven to have better
flex patterns, more strength and lighter weight than traditional PU/PE
surfboards.
The new Aerialite Surfing System,
including materials, finished surfboards and their designers will be featured
at January's Surf Expo in Orlando, FL in the center of the Board Pavilion.
