BGF Obtains Financing
BGF is pleased to announce that it has reached a financing agreement with Wells Fargo/Foothills, who will provide a $40 million credit facility. This five year commitment includes a $6 million term loan and a $34 million revolving line of credit. This agreement is a further step in our financial and operational restructuring and will provide BGF with the stability and flexibility to continue to support its customers.
BGF appreciates the support of all of its customers during these difficult times.
