Process and Product Changes
Suppliers must notify BGF of any process or product changes that could potentially impact BGF's ability to manufacture a quality product.
Use the Supplier Change Notification form to notify BGF. Download the Word Document form by:
- Clicking on the link below
- Save the form to your local computer
- Complete all applicable fields and save the file
- Attach the file to an email
- Email to the address specified on the form
